New Developer is a construction company focused on developing modern residential projects. Our collaboration included creating the brand's visual identity, aerial photography with a drone, producing a promotional video, and managing Meta's advertising campaigns.
The Challenge
The company needed a professional marketing campaign that would fully present the project, highlight its main advantages, and attract potential buyers to sell the remaining apartments with a small advertising budget.
Our Solution
We created a new logo for the company, which gave its brand a more professional and trustworthy look. We filmed the building from different angles with a drone and created a promotional video, which presented both the project itself and its main advantages. We then developed several Meta advertising creatives and campaigns, which aimed to attract the right audience, showcase the project’s strengths, and effectively generate leads with minimal cost.
Results
A professional company logo and brand visual were created. A high-quality drone-shot advertising video was prepared. The main advantages of the project and the building were effectively demonstrated. Low-budget, but effective Meta advertising campaigns were implemented. As a result of the advertisements, the remaining 8 apartments were sold, despite a very small advertising budget.
